Nerites Residence in Apollonia

Nerites residence is an 80sq.m traditional Cycladic two floor house fully renovated at 2022 with one bedroom with double bed and a bath on the upper floor, and a big living room with two 2meters sofa beds plus a second bath and a fully equipment kitchen and a washing machine for clothes/dishes on the ground floor that can easily accommodate up to 4 persons

Also provides a nice veranda/yard on the ground floor and a spacious balcony on the upper floor with excellent view of the surrounding villages and the sea.

Nerites residence is located in Apollonia - on the same complex with Nireas stone house - (at the center/capital of the island – NOT IN THE SAME AREA/VILLAGE WITH NIRIEDES HOTEL AND NEFELI'S GUESTHOUSE, NOT CLOSE TO THE BEACH) and it’s ideal for families (up to 4 persons) and travelers who want to get to know the authentic lifestyle of the island as well as to explore all its attractions with easy access to busses/taxi stops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and very close to the main street (Steno) of Apollonia with shopping and coffee/music stores.

Nerites residence also provides free internet access (wifi), Korres bathroom amenities, Nespresso coffee maker, hairdryer and safety box.

Breakfast and cleaning service are not provided on the rate.
